Fraser Inn ReviewDuring a recent family vacation at Fraser Inn, we found the hotel to have a blend of potential and shortcomings. The serene location provided us ample opportunities for outdoor adventures, which I truly appreciated as a travel enthusiast. We indulged in horse riding just a short distance away, an activity that brought my children immense joy. While the overall experience was enjoyable, a notable concern was the hotel’s management of guest relations. We encountered difficulties when addressing our room's issues—the lingering smell of cigarette smoke was disappointing. I approached the front desk hoping for assistance; they were polite, but the responses were inadequate. Our family particularly valued the pet-friendly policy, allowing us to include our beloved dog. The spacious accommodations were also a plus for our energetic kids. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's pricing was reasonable, but we were surprised by additional charges for supposed damages that felt unjustified. In essence, Fraser Inn does offer some great family-friendly amenities and activities, but improvements in staff responsiveness and transparency could significantly enhance the stay.
